This Comprehensive Plan guides the future growth, character, and development of Port Angeles for the 2025-2045 planning period. It aims to create a thriving community by balancing progress and tradition, fostering a resilient economy, diverse housing options, and well-maintained infrastructure. Key elements include land use, housing, economic development, parks and open space, conservation, hazard mitigation and climate resiliency, transportation, capital facilities, utilities, and implementation, all while enhancing public safety, quality of life, and community well-being.

This document is a final report detailing a three-stage planning program for Port Angeles and the surrounding Clallam County region. It outlines completed projects including base mapping, inventory surveys, economic base studies, and the development of regional and city comprehensive plans.
