This document presents the survey responses collected for the City of Roswell's 2045 Comprehensive Growth Plan. The survey gathered input from residents and stakeholders on key themes, ideas, and draft visions for the city's future. Key findings indicate general support for the visions of various activity centers, with priorities including preserving natural resources, enhancing walkability, and addressing diverse housing needs, including affordability and options for seniors and families. The community also prioritizes economic development through job creation and mixed-use projects in commercial areas, alongside managing traffic congestion and preventing overdevelopment.

The 2045 Comprehensive Growth Plan for the City of Roswell serves as a blueprint for the city's future and economic growth, outlining its vision, goals, and strategies across land use, housing, transportation, public facilities, and infrastructure. Its core purpose is to guide decision-making and ensure balanced growth, focusing on job creation and economic opportunities through market and economic analysis, while simultaneously protecting existing residential neighborhoods. The plan is built upon a vision to be the "Number One Family Community in America," supported by a mission to provide an exceptional quality of life, and upheld by strategic pillars and core values including best-in-class safety, accountability, service excellence, economic development, and innovation. Key economic development goals include growing the economy without exceeding population targets, diversifying the tax base, rebranding Roswell, integrating East and West Roswell, optimizing infrastructure, and fostering innovation. The plan also identifies five activity centers (East Roswell, Holcomb Bridge Road/GA 400, Uptown, Midtown, and Downtown) for targeted future investment and development.

This interim report evaluates five updated Activity Centers within Roswell, Georgia, to inform focused economic development strategies as part of the Roswell Growth Plan. It assesses market conditions, forecasted real estate demand, and development feasibility for Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Holcomb/400, and East Roswell. The report aims to assist in promoting economic growth, guiding future development efforts, and identifying key sites for redevelopment through 2045, aligning with the city's broader comprehensive and economic development plans.

The community meeting for the 2045 Comprehensive Growth Plan focused on reviewing major trends, emerging themes, and presenting the vision for five designated Activity Centers.
