The meeting included discussions and resolutions regarding the adoption of the agenda, approval of previous meeting minutes, a commemorative tree program, and a Spectrum Proposal for Engineering Services of a pedestrian Bridge design. The LUD of Rosenort approved Spectrum's Proposal for Engineering Services and recommended to the RM of Morris Council that they approve and sign the proposal.

The meeting included discussions and decisions on various topics such as the adoption of the agenda, financial reports, acceptance of a petition regarding the Sunburst Walking Bridge, and a sponsorship request for the Rosenort Summer Festival.

The meeting included discussions and resolutions regarding the purchase of a new heating system for the Public Works Shop, approval of accounts payable and payroll earnings, and approval of the September 30, 2025 Financial Statements. A public hearing was held for Conditional Use No. 04/2025 and Variation Order No. 07/2025. Council approved the lease of four 2026 John Deere graders with snow wings, Conditional Use Order No. 04-2025, and Variation Order No. 07-2025. Support was expressed for an increase to the Manitoba Water Services Board's capital budget. A building by-law was given its first reading. Appointments were made to the Seine Rat Roseau Watershed District Board. The council moved in and out of an in-camera session to discuss legal and/or personnel matters.

The council addressed various reports including public works, urban works, and building inspection. Key business included moving the Regular Meeting date, adjusting supplementary tax accounts, approving the Riverside South Bridge Railing & Maintenance quote, and addressing By-laws related to water restrictions, livestock within urban limits, and snow/ice removal. The council also discussed the Board of Revision, adopted the draft Consolidated Financial Statements for 2024, considered a request for support from RM of Dufferin regarding a bridge closure, and approved the Manitoba Growth, Renewal and Opportunities Grant application for Pleasant Valley Road construction.

The meeting addressed various topics including conditional use and variation orders for property development, a by-law for snow and ice removal service levels, and hydrotechnical services for a culvert. Council also discussed and approved proposals related to the Lowe Farm Landfill and the Rosenort Landfill, as well as a subdivision application. Additional items included a tax sale reserve bid, utility rate comparison, a grant, meeting dates, and a town sign request. An in-camera session was held to discuss legal and personnel matters.
