The commission held public hearings and meetings regarding several land use and development requests. These included a variation for side yard fence setbacks at 17824 Woburn Road, a special use permit for a contractor's office at 8201 183rd Street, and another special use permit for a contractor's office at 18521 Spring Creek Drive. Furthermore, the commission reviewed a site plan and architectural approval request for the expansion of a telecommunications ground equipment enclosure located at 18301 Ridgeland Avenue, including associated masonry wall and landscaping requirements.

The committee discussed several key items, including a Class W liquor license for the Interstate Sport Dome, a space needs study consultant selection, and a facade grant for The Primal Cut Steakhouse. Administrative discussions included updates to the procurement policy manual regarding purchase order thresholds and a subscription agreement for cybersecurity compliance services.
