This Institutional Effectiveness Plan outlines how Atlantic Cape Community College assesses and advances its Strategic Plan for 2022-2027. The plan is built upon five institutional goals: Engage, Support, Educate, Achieve, and Excel. It aims to provide inclusive, accessible, and equitable educational programs and services that transform lives, empower students to meet their academic, social, and career goals, and support the diverse needs of the community. The college is committed to fostering an innovative, student-centered learning environment, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring continuous improvement and excellence across all operations.

This document presents the FY2025 institutional outcomes aligned to the Atlantic Cape Community College's 'A Vision for Success' Strategic Plan. The plan is structured around five key goals: Engage, Support, Educate, Achieve, and Excel, and aims to advance equity, excellence, and student success across the institution.

The Board of Trustees meeting covered several significant items, including the presentation of the Workforce Development program, acceptance of the FY 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, and approval of various consent resolutions, such as the designation of a reunification site, policy updates, and new academic program offerings in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The Board also authorized several procurement bids, a bookstore agreement amendment, and the acceptance of grant funding for humanities initiatives. Financial agenda items included the review and approval of monthly financial statements, the FY 2027 tuition and fee schedule, and the submission of a list of renovations for Chapter 12 funding. Updates were provided regarding committee reports, foundation activities, and advocacy efforts through the New Jersey Council of County Colleges.

The Board of Trustees conducted several honorary resolutions, including the granting of Professor Emerita status and recognitions for student-athletes in basketball and soccer. The board approved the designation of April 2026 as Community College Month. The President's report highlighted institutional achievements in fundraising, grant awards, and student success metrics. Key actions taken included the approval of various personnel appointments, sabbatical leaves, and policy reaffirmations. Furthermore, the board authorized the Data Science and Analytics Option in Mathematics, recognized the commencement keynote speaker, and approved various vendor bids and service contracts. Financial reports were reviewed, and a tuition and fee schedule for the upcoming fiscal year was approved. Reports from the Foundation and the NJ Council of County Colleges provided updates on community engagement, economic impact, and state-level budget considerations for community colleges.

The board meeting agenda includes reports from the college President, including an economic impact study, and committee reports. Personnel resolutions involve new staff appointments and salary adjustments, as well as revisions to health benefit policies. Finance items cover the approval of various healthcare equipment purchases for instructional grants, legal services, insurance contracts, and the submission and acceptance of multiple grant applications for academic and workforce programs. Additionally, the agenda addresses litigation settlements and financial statements.
