The Albion City Council meeting included discussions and actions on several key items. Additionally, the council considered resolutions declaring nuisances and discussed the second and third readings of an ordinance amending the city code regarding sidewalks.

A review of the 2024-2025 Albion Capital Improvement Plan was conducted for recommendation to the City Council. Updates were provided on water and sewer projects, including information on project bids and planned work. The Nuisance Officer provided an update on the progress of the nuisance program.

The meeting included discussions and resolutions regarding the approval of a revised city budget for 2024-2025, the adoption of the 2025-2026 budget statement, setting the 2025-26 property tax request, and consideration of the 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Plan. The council also addressed declaring nuisances and adopting the City of Albion schedule of fees. Additionally, there was a consideration of a "Park on Clark" playground equipment request for proposals solicitation for approval and publication.
