This document outlines Triad's Remote Learning Plan for 2025-2026, designed to ensure continuous learning during school closures. It details specific expectations for teachers and students regarding communication, assignment completion, and attendance across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The plan also addresses short-term and extended remote learning scenarios for various calamity day situations.

The 2023-2024 Strategic Plan for Triad Local Schools focuses on creating an engaged community where students, staff, and families feel a sense of belonging. Key areas include reframing education to meet the needs of the whole child, ensuring that each student achieves their full potential, and fostering post-graduation success. The plan outlines objectives and action steps across several areas: communication and implementation of the strategic plan, data-driven instruction, development of soft skills and personal interests, utilization of social-emotional strategies, marketing and community engagement, staff empowerment and professional development, career development, and safety preparedness. Outcomes include improved student achievement, enhanced community engagement, and a supportive and safe learning environment.

The Triad Local School District's strategic plan focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where each student's unique strengths are celebrated, and all students achieve their full potential. The plan emphasizes the development of key student assets: responsible, respectful, problem-solving, collaborative, compassionate, and self-managing. It incorporates findings from a curriculum audit and Portrait of a Graduate work, focusing on personalized learning, fostering strong student-teacher relationships, and improving communication. The plan aims to empower students to become collaborative problem solvers and empathetic contributors to society.

The Triad Local Schools strategic plan, still in draft form as of this report, aims to create a safe and supportive learning environment where each student's unique strengths and challenges are celebrated. The plan builds upon previous work, including a Portrait of a Graduate identifying key student assets (responsible, respectful, problem-solver, collaborative, compassionate, and self-manager) and a curriculum audit. Three main focus areas are: Personalized learning (reframing education, growth mindset, social-emotional learning); Connectedness (well-rounded students, relationships, communication); and Preparedness (for enrollment, enlistment, employment, entrepreneurship). The plan will set yearly targets and school-specific actions to achieve its vision of empowering students to become collaborative problem-solvers and empathetic contributors to society.

The meeting included funding requests for staff dinner during parent-teacher conferences, a kindergarten educational experience, and volunteer expenses. Reports covered treasurer's report, correspondences, and social media contact information. Committee reports included membership and ways and means updates. Unfinished business involved processing bonding insurance documents.
