For the Reber Minor Subdivision, waivers were granted regarding lot depth-to-width ratio and the requirement for concrete monuments at all property corners. Additionally, the commission voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors proceed with the drafted Cluster Development Ordinance modification. Discussions also involved ongoing ordinance modifications for Electronic Signs and HC Mixed Use, and clarification regarding driveway access requirements for a residential construction project on Monocacy Creek Road.

Other topics included a joint comprehensive plan, ordinances being considered for modification, and Highland Place Phase I.
