Discussions included filling the position of Director of Business Administration, a backfill of a previous position, and changes for Fleet Technicians, which involve a title change for existing employees negotiated with Local 196. Part-time positions were also addressed for on-call employment, with all other positions on Schedule A being direct backfills.

The meeting included discussions and resolutions regarding various topics, such as the extension of a contract to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company for OPEB trustee and safekeeping services, certain personnel actions, the extension of an agreement with Pro Computer Services for IT support, and the award of a contract to Weatherby Construction for the Atlantic City Expressway East Maintenance Garage Project. Also discussed were the award of a contract to A Woman Owned Contractor, Inc. for the Atlantic City Expressway West Maintenance Roof Rehabilitation Project, a change order to a contract with Ocean Construction, LLC for the Farley Service Plaza Natural Gas Conversion Project, and a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Aviation Research and Technology Park, Inc., and the South Jersey Transportation Authority. Additional items included an easement agreement with Atlantic City Electric Company, terminating the ground lease with Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, authorizing the Executive Director to approve project proposals with the FAA, accepting an agreement with the FAA, and accepting an insurance payment from Arch Insurance Group for property damage on the Atlantic City Expressway.
