The strategic plan outlines the City of Greeley's 2037 vision to be a leading municipal government, honoring its strengths, resources, diversity, and entrepreneurial spirit. It focuses on making Greeley a future-focused, intentionally developed, safe, affordable, innovative, sustainable, healthy, and inclusive community. The plan is guided by seven key focus areas to affirm Greeley as a desirable place to live and achieve personal aspirations.

The City of Greeley is developing a Regional Plan for Western Greeley to guide future growth and development. The plan focuses on land uses, transportation, parks, and trails, incorporating community feedback through various engagement phases. It aims to refine the vision for Western Greeley based on community input, with a target adoption in Summer 2026.
