The Village of Richmond Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan serves as a comprehensive guide for developing and improving infrastructure and policies related to active transportation. The board discussed and approved a petition for reclassification and zoning map amendment by Hunt Club Estates LLC and KLM Builders Inc. regarding property zoning changes to construct townhomes. They also approved a Development Agreement for The Townhomes at Sunset Ridge, addressing concerns about parking spaces, landscape berms, additional trees, and the circular road design in consultation with the Fire Department. The number of units to be constructed was reported to be between 35-37 after final engineering.

The committee discussed the Memorial Day event to be held at Stevens Park, including the purchase of white chairs to symbolize individuals from the Richmond area who lost their lives in the line of duty, with names to be placed on the chairs as a "Never Forget" memorial. They also considered moving the Veterans "Operation Drop Box" to Stevens Park for donations.

The board meeting addressed concerns about the lack of 2-hour parking on residential streets in downtown Richmond, particularly E. Broadway, and the impact on local businesses. The board also discussed absorbing credit card fees for online water bill payments on a trial basis. Updates were provided on the Veterans Day event, the Landmark project, the J28 engineer report, and the George St. Bridge grant project. Additionally, volunteers have begun working on the 55th Annual Christmas of Yesteryear event.
