The Arcadia Town Board held a special meeting to discuss several key items. The board completed the 2023 audit of the Town Justice and Town Clerk books. They authorized the Supervisor to sign the NAVA (Newark-Arcadia Volunteer Ambulance) Agreement. The Employee Handbook amendment was tabled for further review. The board declared the Town of Arcadia as the Primary Respondent for a lawsuit by Walgreens from 2021. They also authorized the Supervisor to obligate ARPA funds for AED's (Automated Eternal Defibrillators), front door and office window replacement, and webcams for town offices. Additionally, the board approved the payment of general and highway bills.
