The meeting agenda included discussion on board membership, by-law review and changes, election of officers for 2020, approval of the Community Fund scholarship amount and application, and the 2020 Community Fund fundraiser. Unfinished business included updating the Wyoming County Comprehensive Plan and reviewing the Wyoming County Land Use Plan and Strategic Plan. Other topics included a community impact statement for Maben Coal, LLC, updates on the Coalfields Expressway, GET Trail, Scenic Drive, Guyandotte Water Trail, Wyoming County Day 2020, Wyoming County Community Fund, Literature Fund, and a 2020 community grant submission to BAF. Additional business not on the agenda was also to be discussed.

The meeting will cover community grant approvals, updates to the Wyoming County Comprehensive Plan (due by December 2027), and various projects including the Coalfields Expressway, GET Trail, Scenic Drive, Guyandotte Water Trail, Brownfields Clean-Up Grant, Wyoming County Day 2019, Wyoming County Community Fund (Bingo 10/19/2019), and the Literature Fund.
