The council meeting agenda included a presentation from the Ohio and Erie Canalway Coalition. Key resolutions were introduced regarding the renewal of tax levies for infrastructure, road resurfacing, and fire operations. Several resolutions were presented to convert advances from the General Fund into transfers for various capital project funds, including the Chittenden Road OPWC fund, Wolcott Drive capital project, and Brandywine OPWC projects, as well as for demolition, safety grants, and safety center reserves. Additionally, the council addressed the sale of obsolete property, authorized professional services agreements with OHM Advisors for road improvements, and proposed changes to cemetery staff appointments.

The council agenda included the authorization of a purchase agreement for a leaf vac, the establishment of a Safety Center Reserve Fund, the transfer of funds from the General Fund to the Park and Recreation Fund, and an amendment to the annual appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the year.

The council passed ordinances to create new membership positions on the Park Advisory Committee and the Cemetery Board of Trustees, and to rename the Roads Committee to the Public Works Committee. Additionally, a resolution was passed authorizing the Mayor to enter into a professional services agreement with OHM Advisors for the 2026 Pavement Maintenance Program.
