The special meeting focused on budget discussions for 2026-2027 and other unfinished business. Key actions included approving a bid from J J Tree Service for tree removal at Stilson Cemetery. Trustee Pesch was assigned to work with the Planning Commission on ordinance codification review, and the planning commission was directed to draft a kennel and/or barking dog ordinance. The board approved the 2026 Holiday Schedule and the 2026 Board meeting dates, along with submitted budget amendments.

Hall rentals were reopened for a specified period. In new business, the board voted to void a check and not pay a bill submitted by Clinton County regarding a legal appeal. The board also approved extending office administrative hours on Wednesdays and authorized the Clerk to seek price comparisons for new laptops and printers for Electronic Poll Books. A budget amendment for insurance was also approved.

The Victor Township board meeting included updates from the Clinton County Commissioner and the Laingsburg Public Library. The Planning Commission completed the Blood Cemetery Memorial Garden Project. Remodeling updates to Township facilities were discussed. The board also discussed an Emergency Services Showcase and a millage proposal for Ambulance Services. Budget amendments were approved, and the purchase of a memorial garden bench was discussed. The board also discussed creating a noise ordinance for the Township.
