A proposal to construct a cell tower on the property at Blackburn Elementary School was discussed. The board reviewed financial reports as of December 2022 and ESPLOST Collections for November 2022. Personnel changes were approved, including new hires, resignations/terminations, and transfers. The board also approved increasing the paraprofessional pay scales.
