The committee reviewed the upcoming COG/MPO meeting agenda and received executive updates concerning the office lease, the 2027 RSG spending plan, and the draft budget. Staff discussed recruitment efforts, ongoing transportation projects including the regional safety improvements and traffic calming plans, and various regional planning initiatives such as ADA transition plans, stormwater mapping, housing bill support, and sewer studies. Several grant applications were reviewed, including those for the CTDEEP Recreational Trails program, FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Plan, and the EPA Community Wide Assessment.
