The Board of Public Works discussed a recommendation to the Common Council regarding the State/Municipal Agreement for the STH 59 pavement replacement project, detailing design, funding, and construction estimates. Additionally, the meeting included updates on the progress and status of the Small Road intersection completion, the reopening schedule for the Lincoln Avenue project, and the final stages of the Roadway Rehabilitation project.

The committee reviewed and granted conditional use approval for a gas station and convenience store, including plans for a building addition and a new car wash, with specific architectural stipulations regarding roofing materials and exterior color palettes.
