The High Plains Regional Education Cooperative 3 Strategic Plan presents a unified vision for advancing educational excellence, driven by innovation, collaboration, and equity. The plan aims to empower schools to improve student outcomes by focusing on three strategic goals: recruiting qualified ancillary staff, solidifying and introducing new Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, and providing comprehensive services including professional development and compliance support to member districts. It seeks to ensure equitable access to educational services through fiscal stewardship, determination, and regional teamwork.
