The board received updates from the Emergency Manager and the Blue Valley Behavior Health Executive Director regarding budget requests and ongoing projects. The board discussed and acted upon several items including the appointment of agents for TERC matters regarding a specific tax case and the review of a homestead exemption appeal, which was subsequently denied due to age qualification requirements.

The board conducted a public hearing regarding permissive exemption applications, which resulted in the approval of applications for the Blue River Arts Council and Sacred Heart Church. Additionally, the board processed and approved a series of tax list corrections, specifically covering items 2026-28 through 2026-41 for various property owners.
