The meeting included discussions and updates related to the College Key. The team leaned into technology, bringing the membership together and leading to opportunities for innovation and exploration. There was a focus on streamlining operational and financial processes to ensure a deeper member experience and better sustainability. Support to students was provided through scholarships and other financial contributions. The distinguished alumni residence was christian a class of 96, and he led everyone on a remarkable journey in his presentation for students and to alumni. The professional work job shadow program was discussed, as well as the alumni nomination committee.

The Bates College Sustainability Roadmap (2021-2030) outlines a plan to achieve a net positive impact on the environment, moving beyond carbon neutrality (achieved in 2019) to become "Climate Positive." The roadmap focuses on five key areas: Energy and Climate (combining low-energy buildings with renewable energy), Academics (educating sustainability leaders), Operations (integrating sustainable practices into daily operations), Culture (fostering an engaged and inclusive community), and Governance and Tracking Progress (establishing robust systems for monitoring and reporting). Specific goals include reducing energy consumption, transitioning to renewable energy sources, improving waste management, and promoting sustainable practices across campus operations. The plan also emphasizes the importance of sustainability education and research, community engagement, and responsible investment practices.
