The board conducted an executive session to address personnel matters and approved the retention of Dailey Operations Consulting LLC to lead the search for a permanent director. Additionally, the board reviewed financial reports, including the Treasurer's Report and Payable Voucher List.

The board approved the inclusion of the Route 910 Waterline bid into the Meridian Road project. The Treasurer's Report and Payable Voucher Lists were reviewed and accepted.
