The plan seeks to ensure timely, consistent, and effective communication about the P-TECH Early College program.

The meeting agenda included calling the meeting to order, verification of quorum, the Pledge of Allegiance, introductions of Co-Chairs, and subcommittee updates covering Mental Health, Physical Fitness, Needs Assessment, Wellness Program/Drug Prevention, and Safety and Security. Formal actions included a vote to continue with the SHAC Bylaws as written (approved 8 to 0) and discussion of the WOISD Wellness Plan. A Texas School Health Advisory (TSHAC) update was provided, noting two topics for future vote concerning recess guidelines and food allergy protocols.
