A discussion was held regarding negotiating terms with Kiro-Inc., a business planning to open an accessories showroom. Public Safety matters involved approving the monthly reports for the Police, Fire, and Fire Marshal departments, and approving Resolution 2025-09 concerning E-bike Policies. Public Works approved Change Order #1 and Payment #3 for Cannon Park Improvements. Health and Literacy approved the library's fourth-quarter allocation payment, discussed the audit timeline and the Library Director's resignation, and planned for community events. Municipal Planning approved an authorization resolution for the 2025 PECO Green Region Grant Application for tree planting. Other reports included the Police Chief sharing information on E-bikes and the mentor program, the Solicitor addressing document recording and plan review, and the Mayor noting the swearing-in of the new tax collector and the initiation of negotiations for clock tower repairs. The Borough Manager reported on the status of the library audit, issues with highway trucks affecting leaf pickup, and the urgent need to empty the old building due to failing infrastructure, necessitating plans for relocating the highway department.

The Folcroft Comprehensive Plan is being developed to serve as a roadmap for the borough's future. It will establish clear goals, objectives, and priorities, along with a timeline for implementation. The plan emphasizes incorporating community input throughout its development process.

Conditional employment was approved for part-time police officers, and reports from the Police Chief, Fire Chief, and Fire Marshal were approved. A member was approved for the Library Board, and the Cannon Park Improvements Project was awarded. The meeting also covered advertising for an Official Compensation Ordinance, approving ordinances for parking vehicles on the grass and Fire Tax relief, discussing the Fire Tax Resolution, and approving the purchase of a 2025 Ford Maverick for Code enforcement. Driveways and Parking Permits were discussed, and reports were given by the Police Chief, Solicitor, Finance Director, Mayor, and Borough Manager. The Council discussed and approved the 2025 BCO agreement. Folcroft Council was invited to walk with Sharon Hill in their 4th of July Parade, and there was discussion on purchasing volleyball and pickle ball equipment, open gym time for the boys and girls club, and the center court logo.
