The 2020-21 Schoolwide Improvement Plan for Hampton Elementary School focuses on increasing student proficiency in ELA, math, and science, with specific attention to ELA learning gains through reading intervention. A key goal is to reduce absenteeism and suspensions by implementing MTSS and Student Attendance Review Board (SARB) processes. The plan emphasizes creating a positive school culture through PBIS, mental health support, and family involvement activities.
