The Board of Governors held a meeting that included entering an executive session to discuss a legal issue. During the general session, the Board conducted an election for the position of Secretary, which resulted in the appointment of Meghan Moses. Additionally, the President of the college announced her resignation, and the Board subsequently moved to appoint Mark Blankenship as the Chair of the Presidential Search Committee to initiate the search process.

The board approved the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan and accepted a financial audit. The Vice Chair was elected. The President's report covered staff announcements, enrollment figures, the successful completion of an IT network redundancy upgrade, and various community and industry partnerships and grant projects. Additional business included a first-quarter budget update, the disposal of college assets via auction, and an executive session to discuss the annual presidential evaluation, legal issues, and real estate.

The Board conducted an executive session regarding personnel matters. The President's report detailed student-centered academic programs experiencing enrollment growth, facility maintenance updates including demolition and HVAC repairs, and status updates on various strategic grant initiatives. The Board also reviewed data dashboards, discussed a transition to a new phone system, and received a report on cohort default rates. Final actions included the approval of tuition and fee rates for the upcoming fiscal year.
