The committee also reviewed a site plan amendment and variation requests for Axium Phase IV involving a chiller unit and fence height. The Commission also reviewed an application for the Horizon Plaza development, which involves rezoning to B-3 and the implementation of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for commercial and automotive-related uses.
