The council also discussed depository services, travel expenses for the Ohio Municipal League Seminar, the citywide drug policy, and an annexation. There were also discussions regarding a new website, car show, TGIF concert series, and Family Safety Day. The council also discussed the zoning on the west end of the City, a citywide cleanup, and historic districts. The council also discussed the annexation of certain territory in Goshen Township, fuel storage for gasoline stations, and amending and adjusting the permanent appropriations ordinance for the year 2003.
