The Plan Commission Recommendations included discussion and possible action on a resolution for a Certified Survey Map within Extraterritorial Plat Review. The Finance Committee discussed and took possible action on a resolution approving territory subtraction and project amendment for Tax Incremental District No. 4, and approved vouchers. An announcement was made regarding Trick or Treat hours, and the August 2025 Monthly Incident Report was presented. A closed session was held for negotiation on CSM 9773 & regional DOT Improvements at STH83/NN.

The commission also discussed and updated Article 5, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of the Zoning Code rewrite.

Additionally, the meeting covers a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit for an expansion and modifications to Park View Middle School, and discussions on Site Plan and Architectural Reviews for the Historical Society Log Cabin Trading Post and Tsunami Car Wash. The Committee of the Whole meeting includes discussion and possible action on the monthly Treasury Report and Revenue/Expenditure Guideline Report for July, accounts payable vouchers, a resolution to certify that the Village shall provide for and allow the Library appropriation no less than the County rate in the prior year, disallowance of claim for water main collapse, and consideration of the 2025 Budget in relation to funding challenges. There will be discussion and possible action to approve a Storm Water Management Plan Agreement with Azura Senior Living, consideration on water treatment chemical usage, and direction on the Indian Head Park message center design changes. Also includes announcement of pavement preservation treatment scheduled and a closed session concerning an update for the GFLP v Village of Mukwonago.
