The meeting addressed the proposed Ordinance #2058-2026 to amend the City of Rayne Code of Ordinances regarding the regulation of mobile homes and other dwellings, scheduling a public hearing for March 9, 2026. An order was issued granting an LLC 90 days to demolish a home at 512 Bella Ave. A request for a liquor permit by Rayne Foods KP, LLC dba Bullseye was postponed until the March 2026 meeting. Employee of the month recognitions were made, and several members were acknowledged for their years of service.
