The Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on a proposed temporary and conditional zoning change from the current C-1 zoning designation. The hearing concerned a request for a specific use permit to allow for the operation of a medical clinic. There was a presentation in support of the request, explaining the services that would be offered. The commission voiced concerns regarding the current OSSF system being shared by two buildings. The commission made a recommendation to the City Council for approval of the request for a Specific Use Permit.

The commission discussed and made a recommendation to the City Council on a Final Plat from Industrial Reserve LLC for the Industrial Reserve Second Addition. A public hearing was conducted on proposed changes to the City of Krugerville Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 14, Article 14.03, concerning membership, officers, meetings, and duties of the Commission. The commission also discussed and took action on the Commission Minutes from May 10, 2023.

The Krugerville City Council meeting on June 28, 2023, covered various items including approval of city financials for May 2023, departmental reports, and budget amendments for the Economic Development Corporation and Community Development Corporation. The council also acted on Planning & Zoning Commission recommendations, approving a minor replat from Brett Spencer Holdings, LLC and a final plat from Industrial Reserve LLC. All motions passed unanimously.
