This initiative aims to reduce transportation costs, improve air quality, support sustainability, attract economic development, and enhance the overall quality of life in the Metro-East region.

These include a zoning map amendment to rezone property on Belle St from "R-2" Single-Family Residential District to "C-2" General Commercial District, and a special use permit to operate a Social Organization on Milton Road.
