The Consent Calendar included approval of previous minutes from August and September 2025, budget and financial reports for September 2025, Proposition 4 Calculations, and final reports from the 2024-25 Grant in Support Program. New Business included a workshop on the Key Findings from the Regional Housing Needs Study and the acceptance of the 2024-2025 Audited Financial Statements.
