The meeting included discussions and resolutions regarding labor agreements with AFSCME Local 2394, Teamsters Local 214 Sergeants Unit, and Teamsters Local 214 Transit Police Officers Unit. A contract was authorized for Vehicle HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service. Updates were provided on mid-year ridership, system plan progress, social media, and upcoming events. The board discussed strategies to increase ridership, the progress of identifying the organization's role in downtown neighborhoods, and social media engagement.

The Detroit Transportation Corporation Board of Directors meeting included discussions and actions on several key areas.
