This document outlines the achievements and future strategic direction for the Greater Southeast Management District in 2025. Key pillars include enhancing public safety, improving visual identity and environmental health, fostering economic resilience and business growth, advancing connectivity and mobility through infrastructure projects, and enriching community spirit and culture. The district aims to be a safe, beautiful, culturally diverse, and premier destination for living, working, learning, playing, and conducting business, supported by sound financial management and strategic partnerships.

This Strategic Action Plan aims to spur comprehensive revitalization within the Old Spanish Trail/South Union growth nodes. Its core objectives include preventing displacement, reinforcing local identities, promoting multi-modal mobility, and supporting small and local businesses. Key strategies involve re-activating, re-positioning, and redeveloping properties; attracting and retaining businesses through storefront enhancements; improving the quality of public spaces and connectivity; and fostering partnerships with anchor institutions to achieve these revitalization goals.

This Livable Centers Study for Museum Park aims to preserve the neighborhood's landmark quality and guide future development. It establishes design character standards based on seven key attributes: Connected, Contextual, Walkable, Convenient, Green, Dynamic, and Urban Sanctuary, which are applied across four distinct sub-areas. The plan also outlines strategies for neighborhood character preservation, including community benefits agreements and conservation easements, and emphasizes identifying and preserving properties of historical and landmark value to maintain the area's unique identity and enhance its livability.

The M.O.V.E. Southeast Action Plan outlines a strategy for making mobility improvements in the Greater Southeast Management District. Its primary goal is to foster equitable access to opportunities, strengthen neighborhood vitality, and empower individuals and communities through mobility. The plan is structured around three key action areas: Mobilizing Community Wide Opportunity to enhance mobility and infrastructure; Vitalizing Neighborhood Opportunity through branding, placemaking, and development incentives; and Empowering Economic Opportunity by supporting local businesses and job creation. It aims to encourage transit-oriented development, improve overall mobility access, and enhance economic outcomes for all residents.
