The Fair Grove R-X School District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan serves as a roadmap to link the district's vision and goals with school improvement initiatives, fulfilling requirements of the Missouri School Improvement Process (MSIP 6). The overarching vision is to develop a culture of hope, perseverance, and passion for learning, preparing all students to be success-ready graduates.

This School Level Plan for Fair Grove Elementary outlines strategies to address school needs and improve student outcomes for the 2025-2026 academic year. Key focus areas include providing supplemental instruction in core subjects (Math, Reading, English Language Arts, Science) for K-12, implementing academic support programs like Response to Intervention, and fostering enriched and accelerated learning opportunities. The plan also emphasizes student wellness, preparing students for postsecondary education, professional development for staff, and recruiting effective teachers. It details coordination with various federal, state, and local programs and ensures parent and community involvement.
