The court approved budget transfers for fiscal year 2025-2026 and the first reading of a budget amendment to increase flex funds. Discussions included the re-appointment of a director to the RGL board, upcoming road closures on Blue Lick Road and Knob Lick Road for repairs, and updates on the 150 Water Line Commission project. The court also approved the County Clerk's amended quarterly report, authorized the purchase of a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe for the Sheriff's Department, and received a monthly nuisance report.

The court approved the second reading of the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Amendment and authorized contracting a Community Coordinator Event Director. The court also set future compensation levels for Magistrates, the Jailer, and the County Attorney to take effect in the next term. Additional approvals included a donation to the Fort Logan Co-Op food bank and the Extension Board budget. The court discussed security concerns regarding the upcoming primary election and received comments regarding the security of historical documents in the courthouse.
