The Commissioners' Court examined and approved the report of the County Treasurer, Cheryl Regmund, for the period covering December 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. The Court ordered that the proper credits be made in the County Treasurer's accounts based on the findings. The total amount of cash and other assets in the custody of the County Treasurer as of the examination date was certified to be $26,653,239.97, submitted in compliance with the Texas Government Code concerning the Llano County Investment Officer.

The Auditor was authorized to pay routine monthly invoices. An Executive Session was held to receive legal advice on various matters, and upon returning to open session, the Court approved widening 6 EMS bay doors. The session concluded with a Hotel Occupancy Tax (H.O.T. Grant) Workshop.
