The Collaborative Visioning Plan 2019-2024 for Caddo Mills Independent School District is the result of collaborative work that began in January 2019 and continued through April 2019. The plan defines the qualities each graduate should demonstrate upon completion of their graduation requirements. The committee was divided into six priorities consisting of Career and Technology Education & College, Career, and Military Readiness, Community & Traditions, Facilities & School Safety, Finance, Social & Emotional Health, and Teaching & Learning.

The board meeting included recognitions of top-performing graduates, students of the month from various schools, and Colten Brookshire, a state champion welder. Designated TIA recipients were also acknowledged. Luke Allison reported on the current enrollment numbers. The board approved the Collaborative Visioning Plan, re-topping the track at Ed Locker Stadium, painting Griffis Elementary and Lee Elementary, and a Compensation Plan pending legislation.

The Campus Improvement Plan for Lee Elementary for 2020-2021 focuses on enhancing various aspects of the school's performance and environment. Key areas of focus include improving teaching and learning through professional development and targeted interventions, fostering community and traditions by creating a welcoming environment and encouraging community partnerships, and promoting social and emotional health through programs and resources. The plan also addresses facilities and school safety by maintaining a secure environment and stressing regular school attendance, as well as career and technology education by preparing students for future opportunities. Additionally, the plan emphasizes responsible financial decisions to support campus needs and future growth.

The Caddo Mills Independent School District Improvement Plan for 2020-2021 focuses on several key areas, including teaching and learning, community and traditions, social and emotional health, facilities and school safety, career and technology education, and finance. The plan aims to provide meaningful learning opportunities, instill character and integrity, ensure student well-being, maintain safe facilities, prepare students for future careers, and ensure responsible financial decisions. Key strategies include professional development for teachers, community partnerships, violence prevention programs, safety drills, and enhanced dropout prevention programs.

The Campus Improvement Plan for Griffis Elementary focuses on enhancing teaching and learning through research-based professional development, fostering community and traditions by instilling character and integrity, and promoting social and emotional health with appropriate resources. It also aims to maintain safe facilities, prepare students for future careers, and ensure financial decisions support campus needs. Key goals include improving student achievement, maintaining a positive school culture, and providing a secure learning environment.
