The board discussed and took action on several key items, including the purchase of a dump truck, the care and upkeep of abandoned cemeteries, and tax corrections and protest hearing dates while sitting as a board of equalization. Other matters included an election update, the approval of courthouse grounds for a Maker's Market, updates on autopsies and jury trials, the provision of a county cell phone for the planning and zoning department, and repairs to the courthouse flagpole. The board also reviewed Behavioral Health Services match requests, received reports on digital fingerprinting equipment and camera utilization, and discussed various committee reports regarding local health services and building conditions.

The board conducted a hearing for the One and Six Year Highway and Street Improvement Plans and adopted the corresponding resolution. Discussions were held regarding county road maintenance, ditch clearing, and bidding procedures for new equipment. The board met as a board of equalization to review tax corrections. Other business included reports from the Emergency Manager, Weed Superintendent, and Planning and Zoning Administrator, as well as the approval of an employment contract for the Weed Superintendent. Key actions included the preapproval of equipment purchases, approval of a tax correction via the board of equalization, and the authorization of land development plans for the Mortensen Site. The board also addressed internal operational matters, including the closure of a credit card account, approval of interlocal agreements, appointments to township positions, and the approval of various service contracts for office equipment and administrative functions.

All applications were assessed for compliance with IRS regulations, and the total available funding for awards was noted for consideration.
