Additionally, a Preliminary Plat and Rezoning for Iron Wheel Estates was approved, and a Rezoning request for Lot 1 Nelson's Corner from Residential Estates to Medium Density Residential was approved despite opposition from nearby property owners concerning traffic and utilities.
