The Greer Community Master Plan, commissioned by The Partnership for Tomorrow, aims to enhance the City of Greer and surrounding areas, making it a better place to live, work, and invest. The plan is guided by three main tenets: physical space, economic opportunity, and cultural heritage. Key initiatives include promoting downtown, healthy neighborhoods, and transportation choices; fostering local economic growth and entrepreneurship; and preserving cultural identity through arts and history. The strategy focuses on managing future growth, improving mobility, and developing specific corridors, with an actionable plan centered on growth strategies, downtown expansion, arts promotion, and community connectivity, with a vision extending to 2030.
