During its regular meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a request from Thomas Monaghan for a Variance from Section 4.4.6 of the B-Z Regulations concerning the construction of a barn at 807-809 Main Street, located in the Residence AA Zone.

Furthermore, the commission unanimously approved an application from Glastonbury Pro Park, LLC for a Special Permit with Design Review and a Groundwater Protection Plan Special Permit for nine commercial buildings and related site improvements at 107 Sequin Drive.
The Town Plan and Zoning Commission, during its regular meeting on January 20, 2026, took action on several items. The primary action was the continuation of an application by Main St Group, LLC for site plan approval for an Affordable Housing Development involving the construction of five 3-4 story apartment buildings with 266 units and site amenities across 95 & 131 Griswold St and 2938 Main St in the PT Zone.
