The meeting will cover various topics including approval of bills, payrolls, and financial documents; a principal's report with sports survey results and athletic updates; approval of outside fundraising requests; personnel matters; acceptance of financial condition analysis and monthly investment analysis; a post-issuance compliance report; approval of a building and grounds subcommittee meeting date and agenda; review of a 7-year financial analysis; review of audits and annual financial reports; review of correspondence, announcements, and reports; approval of a co-curricular subcommittee meeting date and agenda; second reading and adoption of board policies; review of freedom of information requests; review of nepotism policy; and a review of the calendar for February 27 through March 18, 2025.

The Board of Education meeting will cover various topics including educational programs, district employees, business and finance, board administration and governance. Key discussion points include IHSA membership, out-of-country and state travel requests, fundraising approvals, the district's financial condition, an intergovernmental agreement with the Village of Norridge, and potential amendments to the DWC Intergovernmental Agreement. Personnel matters will also be addressed, including re-employment of certified personnel, and potential non-reemployment or reduction of assignment for non-tenured teachers. The meeting will also include the Superintendent's report, proposed agendas for future meetings, and a review of the Nepotism Policy.
