The committee discussed and approved sponsoring a drawing for the Master Plan Survey. They reviewed and approved a T-shirt design with the "Save the Stones" logo, including color and vendor options. The committee also reviewed, compiled, and approved the drafted History and Cemetery portions of the Master Plan, with amendments to be made later if needed. Additionally, they discussed ways to help with the Master Plan, focusing on the School and Recreation portions, and approved the restoration of Sandstone Cemetery.

The committee discussed the conduct of the meeting and proposed making it a workshop at an alternate meeting place. A conversation was had about the Sandstone Cemetery Preservation Project, including fundraising ideas such as t-shirts, sponsors, and Adopt-A-Stone, community involvement involving students and the fire department, researching those buried in Sandstone Cemetery, and preservation efforts such as cleaning stones, landscaping, fencing, and proper parking.

The meeting included the election of officers, with Heather Brown-Rocho nominated as Chair, Denise Brodock as Co-Chair, and Joe Harris as Secretary. The committee adopted a calendar for scheduled meetings on the second Monday of each month at 4pm and adopted the By-Laws as printed. Discussion focused on promoting the CTEHPC through social media, developing a motto and logo, and selling T-shirts as a fundraiser. The committee also discussed writing and providing the history and cemetery portions of the Planning Commission's new Master Land Use Plan.
