The court directed the County Clerk to record the Order of the District Court Judges reappointing the County Auditor. The designation of the Animal Control Supervisor as the Local Rabies Control Authority was approved. The court also convened in an executive session to discuss litigations and approved the Release Agreement between Tom McIver and Comal County.
