The Enderlin Area Public School (EAPS) strategy map outlines initiatives focused on enhancing student learning, stakeholder engagement, and school-wide communication. Key areas include implementing differentiated instruction in core subjects, increasing stakeholder engagement through various communication platforms, raising graduation expectations, and investing in technology for improved communication. The plan also emphasizes a school-wide planning calendar, a "Dare to Soar" campaign, scaffolded technology instruction, and comprehensive staff training on differentiated instruction. A system-wide tier system for behavioral and academic support will be developed, and K-6 classes will be grouped to address student needs and increase rigor. Graduation requirements will be increased, including a requirement for an online, dual-credit, or AP class. Regular data analysis will be used to evaluate goals and initiatives, with key measures including parent and student access, completed calendars, parent and student surveys, teacher lesson plans, NWEA testing scores, staff observations, and student engagement surveys.
