The meeting featured a presentation by the Town Administrator regarding town budget statuses, ongoing infrastructure and building projects including school renovations and development projects, preparations for FIFA events, and updates on traffic and infrastructure initiatives such as dam repairs and truck traffic management. The board received outreach and center activity updates, reviewed finance reports regarding operating budgets and grants, and discussed policy and procedure amendments. Additionally, the board reviewed updates from the Select Board concerning town meeting preparations, representative apportionment, common lighting improvements, and station feasibility studies.

The Board addressed several cases, including continuing public hearings for special permits and comprehensive permits, approving a special permit for a garage addition, approving a variance for signage rebranding at a retail location, upholding a cease and desist order regarding site plan note enforcement, and approving a special permit for a vehicle sales dealership. Additionally, the Board accepted the upcoming annual meeting schedule.
