This document outlines Gobles Public School District's improvement plan focused on enhancing school climate, culture, and communication. The consent agenda was approved, covering items such as the approval of previous meeting minutes, hiring and resignation approvals, and the approval of district financials. The Superintendent presented a report, followed by administrative reports from the Elementary Principal, Assistant Principal, High School Principal, Director of Operations, and a brief update from Officer Randy Whitmore. The board discussed Thrun Board Policy updates and a land survey on Mill Lake Road. The 2025-2026 Superintendent Goals were approved. Board members commented on the Tiger Tribute game, transportation grants, track work, and the new MS/HS navigation.

The meeting included discussions on the status of a land survey and potential property sale. Approvals were given for the My Virtual Academy 2025-2026 Online Course Catalog, an updated Edgenuity online course, and a Gobles Football overnight camp trip. The hiring of a new Special Education Teacher was approved, along with the resignation of a Math Teacher. The July 2025 District Financials were also approved. The Superintendent presented his report, and board members discussed the math curriculum and a potential donation through the Foundation. MASB Delegates were selected to decide on positions affecting education.

The meeting included a construction update, discussion of a land survey for the August meeting, and ratification of a resolution related to bond purchasing. The board also addressed the designation of the District Office as the Principal Office, depositories for school district funds, the appointment of a school attorney and auditor, authorization for the Superintendent to sign teacher contracts, check authorization, and the designation of the official school newspaper. Additional topics included board members' pay, approval of Public Act 92, hiring a JV Assistant Football Coach, and approval of the June District Financials.

The Board of Education held a budget hearing to adopt a balanced budget for the next school year, as required by law. The KRESA Business Manager and Superintendent reviewed the budget with the public, explaining the assumptions used to develop the 2025-2026 projected budgets.
