The Roslyn City Council convened a special meeting to address several key items. The council addressed the 2011 budget, authorized contracts for Municipal Court Services through 2011, approved a change order for the Old City Hall/Library Remodel Project, and authorized a professional services agreement for the Second Street Alley Sewer Replacement.
